  • The sole has delaminated or worn through to the point where reattachment isn't viable
  • You want a factory-fresh sole on a shoe whose upper is still in excellent condition
  • The shoe has significant sentimental or collector value and deserves a full rebuild
  • You've been told elsewhere the shoe can't be saved — bring it to us first
