Our Basic Clean service usually takes 1-2 business days, depending on the condition of the sneakers and the type of cleaning required. Completion times vary depending on the condition of the sneaker. 

3. Do you offer restoration services for damaged sneakers?

Reply:
Yes, we provide restoration services for sneakers with significant wear, scuffs, or discoloration. This includes deep cleaning, sole whitening, color touch-ups, and repairs on minor damages like loose stitching or worn sock liners. 

4. Will cleaning damage my sneakers or affect their color?

Reply:
No, we use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning agents specifically designed for sneakers, which will not damage or alter the colors. Our team carefully inspects each pair and selects the appropriate cleaning method based on the material and condition.

6. How much does sneaker cleaning cost?

Reply:
Our prices vary depending on the service type and the condition of the sneakers. Basic cleaning starts at $29.99, while more extensive treatments like restorations or sole treatments are quoted individually based on the complexity.

7. What’s included in a Basic Clean?

Reply:
A Basic Clean includes a thorough cleaning of the upper, midsole, and outsole, lace cleaning, and deodorizing. We also remove dirt, stains, and any odors, giving your sneakers a refreshed look and feel. Basic clean does not include interior cleaning of sock liner and insoles. 

8. Do you offer pickup and delivery services?

No, not yet. We do however allow customers to drop off and pick up their sneakers from our shop, within a convenient window of time, daily. Arrangements can be made for quick turnaround orders and after hours pick ups with an additional fee incurred. 

9. How do I know my sneakers will be safe?

Reply:
We treat every pair of sneakers with the highest level of care. Our facility is equipped with secure storage, and each pair is tracked from the moment they arrive until they’re returned to you. We also offer insurance on high-value sneakers for extra peace of mind.

10. Can you clean sneakers that have been customized or hand-painted?

Yes, but we recommend a detailed consultation first. Custom or hand-painted sneakers require specialized care to ensure the artwork remains intact. Our team will assess them and offer a tailored cleaning process.

11. What happens if you can’t remove a stain or smell?

Reply:
While we use advanced cleaning methods, there are some stains and smells that may be too deep or permanent. In such cases, we will communicate this upfront and offer alternatives like restoration or partial cleaning.

12. Do you offer sneaker deodorization services?

Reply:
Yes! We include deodorization as part of our cleaning process, ensuring that your sneakers not only look fresh but also smell fresh.

13. What are your environmental practices?

Reply:
We are committed to sustainability by using eco-friendly cleaning solutions and water-saving techniques. Our process is designed to minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact. Additionally, we support sneaker recycling programs for unwanted pairs.

14. Can I send in my sneakers via mail if I’m not local?

Reply:
